Megan Gooing, Attorney at Law

Client Services & Funding Coordinator

Megan Gooing, Of Counsel Attorney and Counselor at Law, focuses on estate planning, trust funding, probate, conservatorships, and business planning.

Megan will be your initial contact person when you work with us. Megan is also our Funding Coordinator and facilitates asset examination, organization, and trust funding. Megan assists with review and organization of asset information for each client, prepares our clients’ asset reports, and works diligently with our clients and their financial institutions to make sure their assets are properly titled to coordinate with their estate plans. Megan is here to guide you to ensure your trust plans are properly funded, that assets are properly titled or re-titled, and the plan works as intended when needed. Without proper funding, a trust is just a fancy document.

Megan has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New Mexico State University and a Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Megan received the CALI award for her work in the Elder Law Clinic, which focused on estate planning, conservatorships, and guardianship nominations. I look forward to assisting you on your estate planning journey.
