Our desire is to provide the best possible client service that meets our clients’ needs while responding to their concerns in a timely manner. In order to do so, we use the following methods to communicate directly with clients: telephone, voicemail, mail, and email. In order to maintain attorney-client confidentiality and be as efficient as possible, we do not communicate with clients via text messages or social media.

Phone Calls and Emails

We would love to be available to personally receive every client call. However, to maintain a functional and efficient practice, most activities are scheduled ahead of time to ensure that they have our full attention. This includes phone calls with clients.

If you need to speak with us regarding a legal matter, we recommend that you schedule an appointment. This avoids the time that is wasted by playing phone tag and means that you will get our undivided attention (and not just a quick second between meetings). Scheduled calls will take precedence over returning messages and voicemails.

We generally respond to emails and voicemails within 3 business days unless your inquiry requires additional legal research. We request 3 business days for copies of any planning documents and a minimum of two weeks for any updates or revisions to your plan. All emails and voicemails received outside business hours or on holidays will be responded to during regular business hours.

Text Message Policy

We do not communicate with clients via text messages, with the exception of automated appointment reminders, and request that you do not contact us via text.

Regular Business Hours + Holiday Hours/Closures

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday by appointment only. Our receptionists are available 7 days a week.

Our office is closed for all federal holidays, one week for the Thanksgiving holiday, two weeks for the Christmas holiday, and two weeks in January. If an urgent need arises, please email with the word “URGENT” in the subject line so we can support you.
