HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR PLANNING SESSION

Congratulations on taking the first step towards the protection of your family and your wealth. You’ve made a great decision. To get started, please complete the following steps at least 3 days before your Life and Legacy Planning Session.

Step 1. Open the Welcome Packet.

Step 2. Complete your Life and Legacy Planning Inventory and Assessment.

If, however, you would prefer to print the worksheet, please click here. If you would like us to mail the form to you via US mail, please let us know.

The Inventory and Assessment serves merely as a worksheet, so if you are not sure about exact figures or information, your best estimate is sufficient for purposes of your initial consultation. Even if you already have a will or a trust in place, we ask that you complete the Inventory and Assessment to ensure that we have current and accurate information.

Step 3. Provide us with copies of any estate documents.

Please provide us with copies of any existing planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. at least 3 days before our first meeting. You have several options to submit your estate planning documents:

1. Upload the documents to your Life & Legacy Inventory & Assessment form.

2. Upload the documents to our secure portal at https://www.encyro.com/jillgregorylaw.

3. Mail or hand deliver your documents to Jill Gregory Law at 620 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1100, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

4. For clients who are unable to easily scan their planning documents, please contact us so that we can assist you.
